We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary to provide this website and to handle your enquiries. This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by hosting.com.tr (Webhosting Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., Istanbul, Türkiye); the servers are located in a certified data centre in Türkiye. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) to ensure secure and stable operation. Only this technical access data and any form submissions are processed on the server; the data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted in line with the provider's standard retention periods. Please note that this processing therefore partly takes place outside Switzerland and the EEA. Domain and DNS management is provided by Hostpoint AG (Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland).
4. Contact form
If you reach us via the contact form, we process the details you provide (name, e-mail address, optional phone number and your message) solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The details are transmitted to our mailbox by e-mail and retained for as long as necessary to process your request or maintain a resulting business relationship.
5. Contact by e-mail, phone and WhatsApp
Our mailboxes are operated via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), which may involve processing in data centres within the EU/EEA. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) additionally apply; data may be transferred to third countries (in particular the USA). Contacting us via WhatsApp is voluntary — you can always reach us by phone or e-mail instead.
6. Data security
This website is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
7. Your rights
Under the revDSG you have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, as well as to its correction or deletion, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. To exercise these rights, contact info@fiber-team.ch.
